abc Furniture Measuring Guide

WILL IT FIT?

Thoughtful planning makes room for the magic.

1. Before Your Furniture Arrives

Begin with the dimensions listed on the product page.
Measurements are shown as width × depth × height.
Because many ABC pieces are handcrafted, please
allow for natural variation of up to one to two inches.
For each piece, measure:
• Width at the widest point
• Depth from front to back
• Height from floor to highest point
• Diagonal width (bottom back to top front corner)
• Diagonal depth (bottom front to top back corner)

With modular or multi-piece designs, measure each individual component separately.
In some cases, legs can be removed during delivery to provide additional clearance.

2. Measure Your Delivery Path

Measure every space your furniture must
pass through on its way into your home.

3. Compare and Confirm

Think about how the piece will move into your space.
  • Furniture width or height must be less than the room entry access
  • Overall height must be less than ceiling height
If it fits at the tightest point, it will fit inside
If the space is tight and the piece needs tilt
  • Diagonal width must be less than ceiling height
  • Diagonal depth must be less than hallway width
